Making Banana Pancakes

Blazer: Gap, Blouse: New York and Co., Ring and Necklace: F21, Pants: F21, Shoes: Steve Madden

Location: awesome historic bed and breakfast...with people inside...probably wondering what the freak was doing posing in their driveway. I have a reputation to uphold.

So I'll be honest, I wasn't completely satisfied with this outfit, but I had to throw something on to go into the office for a bit. They look down on you showing up in your PJ's. Apparently. So it was what it was.

Today was my last day of freedom before my final semester of undergrad. It kinda feels like the first day of school. I feel like I'm five again. I packed my lunch (even though I didn't have a cute little lunchbox, which, like a brat, I wanted), I've picked out my clothes and have my new school supplies ready to go. Only I don't get to ride the bus and my classes last from 8-5. Poops.

We feasted on banana pancakes for dinner. I am convinced that nothing is more comforting than breakfast for dinner...and warm banana pancakes and sausage were just perfect for a back-to-school meal. The oven is now preheating for some warm chocolate melting cake and I am in my long underwear with a scarf around my neck all warm and cozy. Yup, it's a good night.

On a plus note, I didn't run into the co-worker today (see yesterday's post). Maybe he'll forget about the parking lot incident. Maybe.

K, well I just heard the oven beep. Be jealous! I kid. Not. Maybe a little.

P.S. Dusty gave me some awesome cookies today when I went in to work. It made my day just a little sunshiney...sweetness!

Love,

Ramsey

Seriously chica, you could take a ripped up sheet, throw some mud on it, and wear bark for shoes and you would STILL look adorable!! Good luck tomorrow!!
