Gargantuan Fit of Laughter

Blazer: Ann Taylor Loft, T-shirt: F21, Scarf: awesome gift from my boss and his wife...aren't they the bestest?!?, Ring: Sorrelli, Boots: Madden Girl, Jeans: Belk

Ok, so now that I've used my big word for the day, I will share what brought on this outrageous fit of hilarity. So basically, we were just minding our on business taking pics in the CVS parking lot...because that's normal, right? (Yes, our CVS has this lovely empty lot behind it...and our not as in we own it, but as in we claim ownership over it..different) AAANNDD this guy that I work with happens to drive by and roll down his window to exclaim that he knew I had another job on the side. Can you say awkward?!? So, we snapped a few more pics with my mouth wide open (as you can see), and I scraped up what was left of my pride off of the CVS pavement and we went inside to shop, which is apparently why MOST people visit CVS. Silly me.
We trucked it to the city again today because it is our last holiday day for a girls' shopping excursion. I got a new, flowery (eco-friendly) notebook at Target which made me feel a little brighter about the semester looming over me. Actually, shopping at Target itself is a treat...love that store. Yes, I get amused easily. But you have to admit, the $$$ section is AWESOME!
While we shopped, we sent the boys hunting...or actually they wanted to go. Why anyone would want to sit in the middle of a field with an 80% rain chance to shoot doves is beyond me. But we devoured some Chinese Stir-fry for dinner that my hungry hunting dad cooked, which was DELISH!!! So the hunting was worth it to me.
Sweet dreams! I get to wake up in the morning to these lovelies from Dusty. Sweetness!

Happy week everybody!
Love,
Ramsey

Haha It's ALWAYS awkward when you get caught in action taking pictures. Whenever I have to do it by myself , with my timer that is, I always find somewhere super secluded so i don't embarrass myself haha What a cute outfit though, so simple yet just awesome.

1. I would just love to be able to pull off having brown hair. ...I would feel much more capable of "pulling it off" if my husband were down with it. ...What a bugger.

2. You're purrrdy!

3. I thought about being a "fashion blogger" for like, 5 days once and then I realized that I am neither fashionable nor adventuresome enough to find a place aside from standing in my driveway to take pictures. ...Although, after going through 2 years of my husband being deployed and me having to take pictures of myself to send to him, I am a pro with the timer, just suck at photography :)

4. I hope you have a lovely day!

That's behind a CVS parking lot?! So pretty! And that's a funny story. I always try to take photos not where people can see me... and I've done pretty well so far, except one time where I got whistled at. People still do that. Weird. And yeah, that scarf is amazing!

Target is the best. I am continually impressed by their clothing and shoes. Plus, they have knee high socks for two bucks a pair. I actually tend to buy a lot of stuff for myself from the little girl's section, since I'm pretty small and can get away with it.

Thanks for commenting my blog, I followed the comment here and I love it! You have such a classic, cute style. Love your photos!

Love the blazer. IT works so well with the scarf, jeans and boots. This is def one of my fav go-to looks when I want to look cute and polished, but don't feel like being super dressy.
